Academy graduate Douglas Carter Beane (Class of 1980) is excited to premiere his newest comedy play "Fairycakes," starring Mo Rocca, Jackie Hoffman, Julie Halston, and many more!
The play’s synopsis goes like this:
“One night in the woods, puckish mischief leads to mismatched lovers from across all of your favorite stories. And what begins as love at first sight, grows into something more as the feelings from one midsummer night carry over to the bright light of day.”
Douglas Carter Beane’s previous works include Tony-nominated "The Little Dog Laughed," "As Bees in Honey Drown," "The Country Club," "Sister Act," and "The Nance".
