Super Bowl commercials are a staple of the annual pastime. From Budweiser's iconic "Puppy Love" to Apple's spin on "1984", the 30-second bursts of entertainment are one of the events biggest draws, with some estimates placing nearly one-fifth of viewership stemming from these alone.
Yesterday featured an appearance from none other than Paul Rudd, the 1991 graduate famous for, most notably, numerous films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
An avid football fan, Mr. Rudd brings his knack for slapstick to play Patrick Mahomes' fictional stand-in. The ad is a take on State Farm's ongoing "Jake from State Farm" joke, featuring Aaron Rodgers and Drake, with the latter jokingly playing Jake's stunt double.
